C.Request is the requisitioning system for DOC. This system interfaces with C.Buy (the acquisition system) and CFS (Commerce Financial System).
The draft copy of the FY 2011 Year End Closing Information and Instructions is now available at http://www.corporateservices.noaa.gov/~finance/yearend.html
Note: Tuesday, September 27th, at 12:00 Noon ET ends obligations through the C.Buy interface.
Updates - Latest Upgrades or Policy changes
Coming Outages - Scheduled maintenance or updates that require the system to go offline.
A maintenance window has been scheduled for Sunday, January 29, 2012, from 6:00pm ET until 10:00pm ET. This outage is required to apply monthly Microsoft Windows security patches for January 2011 to those servers that require them. For a short period during this timeframe, the C.Award application and support servers will be unavailable while the patches are being applied.
