NOAA FY2009 Fiscal Year Close

June 17, 2009 - The last day for processing obligations through the NOAA CBuy to NOAA CFS is Tuesday, September 22nd 2009 at 12:00 Noon (ET). (Customers NOAA and BIS). The last day for processing obligations through the NOAA CBuy to NIST CFS is Thursday, September 24th, 2009 at 12:00 Noon (ET). (Customers NIST, ITA, NTIA, EDA, MBDA, and Loan Board).

CRequest and CBuy will continue to be available after the FY is closed. The OBLIGATE and COMMIT functions will not be available.

NOAA CFS is scheduled to begin 2010 processing October 1st at 12:00 Noon ET, at that time the OBLIGATE and COMMIT functions will be restored.
