• Communicate with and inform clients about federal acquisition policy, acquisition strategy and technique, contract administration; and apply them cooperatively to meet mission.
• Adopt flexible business processes to maximize the effectiveness of resources.
• Maximize the use of competition to obtain the best possible value.
• Recruit and retain a skilled Acquisition workforce.
